Minimum Requirements:
Must have at least 3 to 5 years experience in a Workshop Administrator or similar role
Minimum Grade 12 Qualification required
Additional post Grade 12 Qualification will be advantageous
Proficiency in using SAP and MS Office systems
Duties will include: Filing all Inventory Orders | Tracking and Goods | Maintenance of Internal and External Documentation | Shipping Documents | Request Lead Times | Freight Quotes | Receiving and Dispatch on all communications related to orders and shipping | Procure Spares and Parts | Monitor Order Status | Arrange Logistics | Oversee Procurement of Warehouse Consumables | Bi-annual Stock Takes
Client-centric personality with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Must have a valid Drivers License
Must have contactable references
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Salary Structure:
Negotiable Monthly Basic Salary of R 15 000 to R 18 000 based on experience
