We are ramping up! TALENTPOP is looking for HOME-BASED Customer Service Representatives WANTED for US eCommerce Brands!
Salary Range: $3-$4 per hourWork Schedule: 9am-6pm PST
Qualifications:- At least 1 year of CSR experience (email, phone, or chat)-Proficient in English-Experience in eCommerce is a PLUS!- Must own a desktop/laptop (i5, Ryzen 5 or higher, Mac is also OK)- Internet speed of up to 15 Mbps (both upload and download)
Job Details:- Answer customer inquiries through email and live chat. (Social Media comments and DMs sometimes)- Process refunds, returns, exchanges- Answer customer inquiries about products, pricing, availability, and ordering- Assist with administrative tasks like data entry
