We are looking for a Recruiter Assistant to assist the recruiters with all administration tasks. This position is on a remote working / hybrid work model. Contract with the possibility to go permanent.
Requirements:
Grade 12
Tertiary qualification will be beneficial but not essential
3+ years working experience
Computer Literate
Detail orientated
Admin orientated
Fluent in both Afrikaans and English (Essential)
Excellent communication skills
Excellent telephone etiquette
Job Purpose:
Assisting the recruiters with administration duties, which includes, but not limited to, reference checks, sourcing of CV's, screening of candidates, typing of CV's and interviews.
Responsibilities
Understanding a job description and matching potential CV's to the job description
Sourcing CV's from different platforms
Screening of candidates
Reference checks
Interviews
Administration
Typing of CV's
Building relationships with candidates
Any other ad-hoc duties
